Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal document
between you and United Marketing Association (referred herein as "UMA"),
for the use of
a replicated
website (referred herein
as the 'Service').
Subscribing to this
free Service constitutes your agreement with the Terms and
Conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the
terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not subscribe to the
Service.
THE SERVICE
This Service consists of
a
replicated website (address)
assigned to an email address (your real email address) at United
Marketing Association.
GENERAL

To use our system you
must join Greenwiz under a member
of the Stairstep System Team. If you are
already a member
of Greenwiz but not on our team you can become a
member
of our team by joining Greenwiz at the link provided on
the
Getting Started page. |
If you are NOT
satisfied with our service or with any advertising, terms,
conditions, rules, guidelines or policies, of United Marketing
Association in operating the Service, your one and only remedy is to
discontinue using the Service.
By signing up for a replicated website, you are agreeing to these
Terms of Service, and to receive email from United Marketing
Association, downline911.com, and The Stair Step System and your
Stairstep System Sponsor.
This agreement shall
be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
USER
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely
responsible for all service activities while using the United
Marketing Association system. The usage of any or all information
obtained from United Marketing Association (including but not
limited to our web site) is at your own risk.

OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES,
INDEMNIFICATION.
United Marketing
Association does not warrant that the Service will be
error free or uninterrupted.
The Service is
distributed on an "As Is" basis without warranties of
any kind, either expressed or implied.
United Marketing
Association will not be responsible for any losses,
damages, or costs that you and/or your business may
suffer when using the Service.
You agree to indemnify
and hold harmless United Marketing Association and/or
others from any claims resulting from your use of this
Service.
You expressly agree
that use of the Service is at your own risk. Neither
United Marketing Association nor its Service Providers,
agents, licensors, or their employees, shall have any
liability for any damages suffered by you or any other
party as a result of the use or misuse of this Service. |
SPAM
United Marketing Association has a
ZERO-TOLERANCE SPAM Policy!
You may not use this service,
directly or indirectly, for SPAM activities.
SPAM is defined as one or more
commercial or noncommercial unsolicited email messages. You
may not reference your United Marketing Association website address
in any unsolicited emails. You may not cause United Marketing
Association to send any unsolicited emails. You may not do anything
that would cause people to complain about your email practices.
If you do not receive
EXPLICIT
PERMISSION TO SEND EMAIL TO EVERYONE ON YOUR LIST, then you are in
violation of this Policy. Simply stated, you may NOT cause any
email messages to be sent to anyone using or referencing the United
Marketing Association or Downline 911 domains, unless they ASK FOR
IT!
Any service interruptions as a result of subscribers spamming
will be billed to the subscriber at $50.00 per hour until service is
restored. Subscriber will also be in violation of the United
Marketing Association Terms of Service Agreement and subject to
legal action."
RULES
This service may be used for lawful purposes ONLY. This rule
includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material
legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected
by trade secret and other statue. United marketing Association will
be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this
provision.
Customers are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of
United Marketing Association System's services, any material that
is, in United Marketing Association System's sole discretion,
unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or
that encourages conduct which would constitute a criminal offense,
give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state,
national or international law.
System accounts can not be transferred or used by anyone other
than the subscriber. Accounts which have been transferred to other
parties, or show other activity in violation of this paragraph, are
subject to immediate cancellation.
You may NOT use any
part of your Service website address as your "return"
address. In other
words, you may not create a scenario in which United Marketing
Association handles "replies" and/or undeliverable messages. Your
autoresponder address must not be used as a "reply address", "from
address", or "return address". Your United Marketing Association
address CAN ONLY BE REFERENCED in the body of your messages.
IMPORTANT!
When you use an automatic submission program, the sites that
post your submission will generally send back a confirmation notice
to your "real" or "contact" email address. You shall not create a
scenario in which United Marketing Association "replies back" to
these confirmations. You must use your "real" or "contact" email
address to receive confirmations.
Breaking this rule will result in generating a tremendous amount
of traffic, which will adversely affect the entire system. Anyone
breaking this rule will be permanently banned from using the United
Marketing Association system.
YOU MAY NOT copy, redistribute or sell United Marketing
Association websites for personal gain.
HAVING BEEN MADE AWARE THAT YOUR
LICENSE TO USE THIS SERVICE STRICTLY PROHIBITS CERTAIN ACTIVITIES,
IF YOU BLATANTLY VIOLATE ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES, YOU MAY BE SUED AND
CHARGES MAY BE FILED AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES.
PAYMENT
This is a free service to our subscribers.
The subscriber agrees that the company has the right to delete all
data, files or other information that is stored in the subscriber's
account if the subscriber's account with the company is terminated,
for any reason, by either United Marketing Association or the
subscriber.
United Marketing Association reserves the right to modify these
RULES AND REGULATIONS at any time without notice.
United Marketing Association shall have the right to suspend
service to the subscriber at any time, and for any reason, without
notice. If such a suspension is to last for more than 20 days, the
subscriber will be notified as to the reason.
If your account is canceled, your license to use the United
Marketing Association Service and/or name is revoked permanently.
If in doubt - don't do it! You can usually avoid breaking the
above-stated rules by following these general rules:
- Do not promote your website via any
technique which could possibly generate complaints.
- Do not promote your

- Do not cause a scenario in which United Marketing
Association sends email to anyone unless they specifically
request and expect a response.

read the Terms and Conditions, you understand the terms, and
you agree with them.
